Eleven Rack - Standalone - No sound on startup

Hi, just got my new 11R and have been experiencing this problem several times too. Had to turn 11R on and off to get it to recognize the guitar signal and get an output, very anoying...Is this software/firmware or defective hardware? Other than this, I'm loviing the tone out of the 11R.

No one is experiencing this except the 3 of us? It' becoming more prevalent as I use 11R more often now. One out of three times I have to turn it off and back on again to get an output. I did a reset, but the problem remains...

Memory reset seems to be working for now, so I'm hopeful...

Hi, I am having the same issue as well. Tried memory reset and even firmware upgrade. Each worked first time but no sound after the unit was shut off. Any luck with a solution?

Just got a eleven rack in for a friend. We get no sound whatsoever out of it. Can launch and run pro tools and such though cannot hear anything out of pt.

Called tech support and we did a firmware upgrade. Did not resolve the issue. It is hissing and popping a bit. The led lights inside the unit are flashing red which pretty well makes me think it is a serious issue.

But the crap with this is that the unit is 1 day old and we still have to pay for the shipping back to digi to get it looked at???? That is not cool at all

can someone tell me what the memory reset is???guess it's worth a try.

I reset the memory on mine and it worked right away on two different startups. The third time I powered up it took about five minutes before it would give me a guitar sound. My firmware is v1.0.2. It would be nice if Digi tech support could offer some suggestions. I don't want to return this unit to the store and wait for another one. I've only had it a couple of days.

We reset the memory and got it to fire up. Shut it off and would not work again. We messed w it for awhile w no real luck. But the biggest issue is under no circumstance would it work w the USB plugged into the computer? Kind of a bummer. But it's boxed up and shipped off already. Hopefully not to long of a turnaround. I will say my initial impressions are positive

I had a different issue and it was with the headphone output shutting off on mine. Did the memory reset and haven't had the issue since.

I have exactly the same problem.
A new 11R, first power up=zero sound=noise, hiss, pop and red flashing leds...
I've tried the memory reset, it's not working and I'm running the last firmware.
Any suggestions?
