Can't authorize - reseller not found
Purchased PT express + upgrade from Audio Deluxe out of Franklin, TN and when prompted by Avid to enter my reseller, Audio Deluxe is not an option and as far as I can tell, I cannot proceed. Any advice? I've emailed/called Audio Deluxe and have not heard back.

Hi and Welcome to the community
You can use any reseller that is listed as it has no baring when activating PT

Thanks for the welcome. I was able to proceed by using a randomly selected reseller (had to go through whole procedure to confirm). Prior to this, I also tried a few different shops that I know sell PT (jrrshop, for example) who also don't show up. I hope I haven't run afoul of Avid's rules/regulations. Still odd that a company that lists itself as an authorized reseller doesn't show up on the list.

James, you might alert Audiodeluxe to this fact. I predict them selling quite a few copies of Pro Tools, given the price they offer... They could add a note to their CS emails instructing customers how to proceed when faced with the same problem you encountered.

I agree completely and have emailed them stating as much. It's mildly disconcerting and a simple "here's what's gonna need to happen" would go a long way. Certainly I'm not the only one to whom this has happened. Anyhow, all is apparently well. I appreciate the assistance.
