sync hd...not communicating
HELP please, if you can ...we added a sync hd to 3192,s and pt9 hd2 on win 7.
as of now we cannot get the system to see the sync. yes we have a mac serial cable into the core hd card and are trying to update the firmware as i type....the sync is used and has old programs in it ...maybe this is where the issue is???can i erase all and start from original??? any ideas are welcome:) Thanks
