Most likely it will work, but I expect you would need to set it up as an aggregate device thru core audio, which means you might not have the use of LLM(as long as you can record it a 64 buffer, that should not be an issue). Of course, if you just want to edit and mix(no recording) then all should be fine.

I have that setup, pt 9 just does not seem to want to play nice with the 002r at all. All it does is present me with a dialog box informing me of a sample rate error when there simply isn't one. It will not play audio at all. I cannot, at this stage, recommend pt hd 9 with a 002r on a 4gb macbook pro.
