Default accessing my cloud

Please please help!! I have been working on a project in Pro Tools First since February and in july my one year got a hold of the mouse and everything got deleted. i had 16 tracks and was in the mixing process, i was ALMOST done with the song entirely. I since then have been trying to rebuild the song starting over completely with the same song. I now only have 6 tracks and it says my storage is full!! this is aweful. please tell me there is a way to access my song and all my work from early july from the cloud
