Default Spectral Layers

Has anybody here been a beta tester or extremely early adopter of this?

It looks very cool and a bit pricey. Apparently the demo maxes out at 24Khz, so I'm not sure how useful that will really be in evaluating the sound quality. I'll try it anyway when I get some time, but any insider information would be great.

Looks like RX spectral repair.

From the video it seems like RX on steroids. But of course, demo videos are always shows the best of a product.

I'm also curious if people have tried this out. It seems to have some really useful and advanced features that go above and beyond Izotope RX's spectral repair (even just seeing the playhead cursor or being able to select and play back specific content areas would be immensely useful, and their layering idea seems really nifty in concept). The demos look amazing, but I'd love to hear from people who have tried it out in the field.

I would love to have a spectral view of the audio in the protools timeline.
This would make syncing stuff to to set sound so much easier....

How come my spectral views are never this clean on RX? I can hardly ever make out what is what. The examples in the tutorial section make it look easy, using all studio recorded clips, and the one real world news clip they use is an easy to recognize melodic siren.

Show me how it works removing a dog bark under a line of dialogue on a loud city street and i will be impressed

+1, and it's not even some new invention, Soundtrack Pro had it for years.

Making clever demo videos is the key...
You're absolutely right, real life is much more complicated.
