Hold Option when clicking the track size. It changes all tracks to whatever height you select.

Holding Option when changing things (for most things) applies it to all. Holding Option + Shift when changing things (for most things) applies it to all selected. This is a consistent thing for the Pro Tools environment (Like if you want to see all pan automation for your tracks or solo, mute, or input enable; same modifiers held and then change one of the tracks)

(option is the Mac modifier key, forget what it is on Windows if you need that)

You can use a marker or window config.

Thanks for the replies.

Yes, but the thing is that any of those shortcuts are relative to the actual size of each track.

what I mean is that regardless the amount of tracks and the size of each track, I wonder if there is a shortcut track that ALWAYS make all tracks the same size! a absolute track size always like for ex always making all track "X" size

Hold alt in the edit window, grab between two track heads and move the mouse up and down.

Have you tried using a Memory Location with just Track Heights enabled (and Time Properties set to None)?

I don't know how to do it with Memory Locations but I've been using Window Configurations and it seems like it could be a good idea for this as well.

Then i'd use a keyboard maestro macro to trigger keyboard shortcuts to resize all tracks to the smallest size and then resize them all back up to whichever size you need.

No. It's not.

Option and then changing the track size is an absolute adjustment. Everything goes to the size selected. This goes to selecting a size (not incrementing/decreasing sizes). So selecting "small" makes everything small.
