options for MIDI interface in HD?

Hi. I was wondering if I could get some advice as to whether or not there is any cheaper alternatives for a MIDI interface, rather than using the HD one, as I don't know if others are supported. I won't be using it that much, and for 2-3 keyboards max. Any suggestions?

But lots of people use MTP AV USB. Please, Correct me If I am wrong.. this interface will "just" not support 88.2/96/176.4/192k, right?
