Default Avid Application Manager - New Install

I am trying to install AAM to my Win Laptop.....

App installs fine but when I open it, it is in a continual connecting cycle under the account tab.........

I upgraded to the latest one as well v2.4.4 and it's still doing it....

Anyone else seeing this issue?

Mine sometimes takes a long time to synch.

Hello YYR123,

I did a startup cleaning days ago, after that the AppMan just shows connecting, I found out that the AvidAppManHelper is unchecked in the msconfig, I put a check and restart machine, App Man is running back on my computer.

Good luck,
RC

Hello YYR123,

Try disabling Windows firewall and give it a go.
