MOTU 4Pre and Pro Tools 10 on Windows 7

Is anyone out there using two or more 4Pre's simnultaneously as there I/O device? I'm having an issue where they will not work in tandem. I can run one or the other but not both simultaneously. Whichever device is set up as the slave under the MOTU Audio Console will not sync with the master. I.E. the sample rate light starts blinking as soon as I open either CueMix or Pro Tools. Something I've noticed is that when I use only one 4Pre and look at the device settings at "Control Panel > Sound > Playback (or Recording) tabs > Advanced" the avaliable sample rates include both 16 and 24 bit depths. However when I try to utilize both units I have only 16 bit depth available for the listed sample rates. I record at 88.2, 24 bit. I'm using USB 2.0 ports on the 4Pre making quite sure each unit is using it's own dedicated Enhanced port (not USB 1.0 or USB 3.0 port) to the PC.
