Will PT 11.3 work with High Sierra?

I can't find this info since Avid has such a huge site.

I have PT 11.3. If I upgrade to OS X High Sierra will I still be able to use PT without any glitches. As of now, PT 11.3 is rock solid with OS X 10.9.5.

The question is why do you want to go to HS? If your system is working just fine then don't mess with it. Or if you really want to try it do this:

Make a clone backup of your current system on a separate drive - you should be doing this on a regular basis anyway.
If your current system drive is big enough create a second partition and put HS on there.
Install PT from clean if you can even get it to install (do NOT use Migration Assassin)
See how or if things work. If they don't then just wipe out the partition.

Don't just do an in-situ 'upgrade' to HS on the original partition. That may be the Apple Way but it's not the right way if you don't want issues. Same thing for using Migration Assassin (aka OSX Migration Assistant)

As a side effect of mucking about trying to download the Kontakt 5.8 update on a test partition of Sierra I did on an external drive I installed PT11.3.2 on that drive. On first startup I got a bunch of error messages which were fixed by updating the ILM software. After that PT opened up just fine; was even able to open a couple of old sessions which played no problem. I did not work a fresh session on that and I also did not install any third party plugins - just the stock stuff that comes with PT.

I make no representations that it will work for others - just that in the limited use I put to it it worked.
