Default coping midi region to another track question

I copied a midi region with the ALT Key and now have two identical regions. My problem is that when I move notes in one region, notes also move in the original region. How do you unlink them and is there a way to automatically copy regions as new regions?

Hope that makes sense

Disable 'Mirror MIDI Editing'.
