I just bought a Focusrite 2i2, installed "Pro Tools | First" and got the "maximum projects" error the first time I opened the software. I uninstalled and reinstalled, same problem. I submitted a support ticket and was told since PTF is free software I don't qualify for support.

From my research, this is a problem with how the accounts are set up and not a client hardware/software issue. Please reset my account.

I'm still having the issue. I already opened a support ticket, which has been closed with a notice that my "problem has been solved", but nothing changed yet. Yes, I re-logged in multiple times.

I unfortunately too have the same error. Just bought focusrite bundle and followed the steps but it says maximum amount of projects when infact i havent started yet.. username is [email protected]

I am having the same touble, says I have used 3/3 projects and used my storage even though I have no files in my open tab.

There is nothing I need to keep so please could you reset my account also.

Im having the same problem as everybody else, i've tried reinstalling the program and downloading ISO4ALL before installing PTF.
I used ilok to activate the license and followed most advises ive read on this forum but the problem persists. Need help
