Default The forum is painfully slow

I recall seeing a notice recently about some site maintenance. Perhaps it was last week. Whatever you guys have done, it's REALLY slowed the site down.

At first I thought it was Tapatalk, as I browse the forum a lot on there when on my phone. That app has been pretty buggy of late. But, after switching to a few different other forums and seeing how snappy they were, I decided to check the DUC on my computer. Same issue... really slow.

Whoever is the site admin might want to get it looked into as it's taking like 10-15 secs to load a page. I've tried different browsers and different computers. Same issue.

Feels like I've gone back in time to the dial up days.

Yes It has become a really bad experience as just posting takes ages to do. It has a lag of like 10 seconds or more for every action clicked on and this started a week ago or so.

Does actually feel like we are on a dial-up 9800 modem when LunarStorm was the hangout place to be

I have alerted άber Admin Jeffro so they know that something happened.

Will let you know asap if I hear something before an alert is issued.

Thanks for posting this thread.

Hopefully this is just temporary.

Last year they updated something and made the whole site pretty much unusable on the last iteration of Explorer. I had to download Googles browser to get the duc to work correctly.

For me it comes and goes during certain hours of the day and it is really annoying. Double posts and lagging when trying to look at new posts...
