exporting regions
Hey,
Simple question... What is the most efficient way of exporting a lot regions from pro tools to process in a standalone app like Izotope RX, and then reimporting them to their original time based position? I am aware that you can use this unit as an RTAS plugin. Thanks. |

Re: exporting regions
What i do is:
Do all of your edits (including fades), then select all the regions from the very beginning of the session until the end of the song (as tho you were going to do a bounce) and hit consolidate. While the are still highlighted, right click the highlighted files in the audio bin and select "export region as file" (or something like that). Hey presto! |

Re: exporting regions
Hey
Thanks, I was aware of this method. I would like to be able to export individual regions without consolidating as each region requires different processing. Then import each region to it's original timecode position. Any ideas? cheers |
