Default Type Mismatch Assertion Error with Beat Detective

Version 7.3.1 (haven't installed the cs update yet)

I was tempo mapping a live recording to measures (drums were triggered, so some midi) - everything set to samples not ticks - all tracks being edited into measure length regions were grouped (audio and midi). For most all of the mapping I used audio capture in beat detective. Yet one section I wanted to capture midi. I goofed up and had the audio tracks still grouped when I captured and analyzed the midi, and got a Type Mismatch Assertion error. Now the error happens anytime I analyze midi in BD - this session only. I had a similar error using a quantize groove template from the clipboard a few weeks back, and had to import everything into a new session to fix it, and I hope that will fix this, but I'm on another project now.

anyone else seen this?
