We use this from Native Instruments called Session Horns and it is great for the $99 price tag. Nothing comes close for that price.

Session Horns looks great.

Did you download all the free sampled sounds available for Structure Free? I recall some patches that may work.

Yes structure that's one of the ones I have been using for years but very subpar sounds at least what I'm noticing lately

Keyboard player I know got a Yamaha PRS 1250 I believe - that has to creamiest brass trombone saxophone sounds known to man

My Favorite is Big Fish Audio "First Call Horns". Killer horn sounds. Great tweakability! The problem is they haven't made an upgrade yet to 64 bit AAX. And that's a shame because its the next best thing to a live horn section that Ive heard so far.

Nice I will check it out - did you use a sample player for those?

You might check to see if Russ has any brass patches available in the old Air User Blog free patch sets.

The word from Big Fish Audio is as soon as NI makes a 64bit aax player first call horns will play with PT11. I'll wait.

That sounds right. Big Fish doesn't have to change anything with their samples. It's the player (Kontakt) that needs to be AAX 64, and that of course is NI's responsibility.
