Default ERROR # 7054

howdy. can someone explain to me EXACTALLY how to fix this? My p.c. started acting like it has a virus or wha,then I lost the use of my D-verb.It saz that it's inactive now. I tried
the search here and got quasi-answers.Thanks for any help.
