McDSP Project Bundle Playing up in PT8
Hi guys,
I read some threads that said that the McDSP native plugs were all functioning correctly in Pro Tools 8. Last night i bought the Project bundle and i was getting some strange behaviour in Pro Tools. Mainly the whole interface periodically freezing before returning a -9136 error. Just tweeking the makeup gain in compressorbank LE was enough to trigger an error. Also with Analogue Channel LE on the master bus when i started tweaking a digi gate on a different track again a GUI freeze and then an error. I did notice the CPU meter seems pretty erratic with some of the McDSP plugs, my HW buffer was on 1024 samples. Any ideas? Macbook Pro 2.4GHz, 4GB Ram, OSX 10.5.5, Pro Tools 8, Original MBox

not sure about the project bundle but i have the emerald pack and they're all working great so far... i've used ac1 (and others) without any problems.

Out of curiosity, does your mac pro have a radeon grafix card of Nvidia?
I'm just wondering as the GUI keeps freezing if that could be the problem.
