I would like to know where can I find a list of Approved PT External Drives?

They are pricey but I belive the GLYPH disks are considered a safe bet with Pro Tools

I agree---I've been using their drives since about 1997 or so. I've used many other drives with far less than satisfactory results, and some others with satisfactory results. This is a topic that will come up and be debated time and time again because there are those out there that will use X drive, never have a problem, and believe they are perfectly fine. Glyph drives are designed, tested, and meant specifically for the demands of video and audio use and have been for as long as they've been around. I'm going to China for a MAJOR choral competition in July where I have ONE shot to record.....what hard-drives am I taking?? I'm not saying if you don't buy Glyph that you can't get a good hard-drive, I'm saying with Glyph---it's not a gamble.

Nothing outperforms internal SSD drives.

I would like to se a price fall and maby eSSD disks soon.
