Problem Uploading Project Message Constantly Appearing
Hi,
I've recently started using pro tools first and I'm being spammed with a popup message "There was a problem uploading your project" every 5-10 seconds, it stops everything I'm doing and forces me to okay it before i can carry on. I'm running windows 10 and a Focusrite Scarlett 2I2 Interface. Please can you help as I have a dead line to hit. Thanks Plexed |

Re: Problem Uploading Project Message Constantly Appearing
Is there Cloud Collaboration in PT First?
If so it sounds like you started a PROJECT, which is for Cloud Collaboration instead of starting a SESSION, which is for your computer only and doesn't use Cloud Collaboration. If this is indeed the case, start a new Session and import the tracks from the Project, remembering to Check "Copy Audio".

Re: Problem Uploading Project Message Constantly Appearing
Thanks for the reply.
I'm not sure about cloud collaboration it is a project I have started, however I can't seem to find an option to start a Session in the context menus or when i boot it up. I also get the pop up before I've even opened a project as well. |
