Installation halt

I recently purchased Pro tools 9 and the mbox mini. I installed the interface driver without any problems . While installing the pro tools 9 software itself, the installation stopped at the part where it configures the software for non-administrative users. at first i thought this was normal and would take a while to install, 6 hours later it was still stuck on the same installation page. If anyone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated.
