Can't login to Avid account.. help!!

I'm trying to log in to my Avid Master account. I type in my e-mail address and my password and it loads for a few seconds and then just jumps back to the exact same login screen. I've tried resetting my password, I've tried restarting my computer and my browser. This is driving me insane! Is there a glitch with Avid's website?
