Default With Link and Cloud, Kernel Panics. Without, AOK!

Installed 2019.6 onto MacPro 4,1>5,1... 2 x 3.33, 32 GB 1333 RAM, OS 10.12.6.

Other versions installed on SSD Boot Disk -
12.8.0, 12.8.3, 2018.1, 2018.3, 2018.4, 2018.7, 2019.5.

Tested with a relatively robust session, lots of CPU hogs. Play, Crash (kernel panic).

Repeated. Play, Crash (kernel panic).

Several more kernel panics before I could get anything launched (Text Edit!).

Uninstall Avid Link and Cloud Collaboration.

Test same session on 2018.7, AOK.
Test same session on 2019.5, AOK.
Test same session on 2019.6, AOK.

Draw your own conclusions.
Avid shall not see another tax dime from me.
I have not, nor will I ever subscribe a DAW.
