Profile LED confusion

Hello

Our first LED from the bottom on our Profile input LED metering ch 12 is not working in stage rack mode. Just does not lit.

If we do Vegas or LED test mode, it lit normally like the others.

What could cause that problem, it doesn't seem to be a faulty LED.

Thanks for any ideas.
