10th anniversary of the UAD bug...

Hi,
do you think we will celebrate the 10th anniversary of the PROTOOLS/WINDOWS/UAD "save" bug ?

Because it's comming !

What's that bug, and when do you see it?

When the end of the mix is comming with a lot of UAD plug inserting, the save problem start.... "unable to save session, disk is write protected" , there's a lot of threads speaking about this problem on the DUC and on UAD forum too.
But i can find no one who have the solution. I have this issue since i have a UAD card and PT MPOWERED 7.0.
I've try everything i can in windows and changing the computer, system, and it's still there !
When it come's to this bug no one from avid post to give a solution, same thing for UAD forum, but as PT is the only DAW where UAD has problem, it must be a ProTools problem with windows.
I must say it's working on OSX, so may be it's time to put an apple in my PC !

I did see this on pt10 and the folowing patches, but I don't think I have seen it now on 10.2... maybe I have used it to little after the last patch....

It took me around 10 min to have the red cross on a fresh updated install win7 64bit with PT10.2, UAD2 quad+solo and few plugs i need to work.
Everything tweak like it does have to be, i think.

So no 10.2 is not the solution, XP and PT8 was much workable than 7/64 and PT10.2. For my configuration of course.
