Protools 7.1 and procontrol bug?

7.1cs3 on a quad g5 with a chassis.

Every time I delete a track whose fader is on the Pro Control, the fader of the track next to it drops to INF. The value stays the same in software, just the physical fader drops to INF. I click on the volume readout in PT software, and the physical fader jumps back to where is was. This happens every time I delete a track when that track is on the faders.

Anyone else?

Same problem here. Also sometimes I cannot see pan information on the PC on a track.

PT 7.1cs4
G4 dual 1ghz (quicksilver)
HD Core, HD Accel, HD process

Guess we need a fix - have you tried doing a reset of your PC, and redownloading the firmware?

Gets back to my question on another thread. Is Digi supporting Pro Control w/ 7.1? Or are we off into "legacy" (i.e. "good luck!") land?

I can delete a track displayed on the PC with out the symptoms you described...

There are other problems however...

Got a note from Digidesign saying they were able to reproduce the problem and are working on a fix.
