Perpetual Licence Renewal

Hi there.

It's time to upgrade my PT 12.

It looks like I can do this through the Avid site.

Although, there are re-sellers selling an upgrade/renewal for PT 12 - such as Vintage King - for 20% less.

Is the license I get from Vintage King - the same as the license I would get from Avid for a 1 year perpetual license?
