Avid Master Account Details

Greetings-

I have Avid master account linked to e-mail I no longer use (neither I have access to). Also I forgot a password and resetting it using the website sends the information to my old (no longer existing) account. I am thus stuck and all my product information/ downloads are unavailable to me.

How can I have my old account information transferred to my new e-mail address? I am also having difficulties locating phone numbers on the website to call for help regarding this...

Your advice on how to solve this is appreciated.
