I just reformatted my hard drive and when a load any session I have I get the error

"The operating system held off interupts for too long. If this occurs frequently, try increasing the "H/W Buffer Size" in the Playback Engine Panel. (-6088)."

I have tried to do what it says and nothing! Can anyone please help.

Also, how can I configure my pc for pro tools I have a intel duo core 2.66 with 3 gb of memory
