Digi 002 - compatibility with other software sequencers
Is the Digi 002 non-rack compatible with any other software sequencers, particularily Cakewalk Sonar. Or is it only compatible with the pre bundled software in the "factory" version. Mark

All Digidesign hardware comes with ASIO drivers that make it capable of working with other audio DAW software. However, keep in mind that the Dididesign hardware was developed for Pro Tools. The ASIO drivers are provided as a courtesy, and no guarantees are given for full functionality with any other software except for Pro Tools.
There are currently reports of problems with the Digidesin ASIO drivers when used with multi-core processors and Sonar 7.
