Creating a MIDI trigger from an acousitc snare/cymbal?
Can this be done? I have a hybrid Roland TD7 pad drum kit, with acosutic snare and ac cymbals. In addition to wav audio format, I'd like to record my drum session in MIDI, for later processing with SampleTank and other. That's why I need to create a MIDI trigger signal from the snare and cymbals? Is there an easy way?
