Account locked
Hi, I'm trying to purchase Pro Tools this evening, but when I go to log into my Avid account (I already have Sibelius 7) I keep receiving an error message that says, "Your email address is locked and cannot be used in Avid Store. If you believe this is by mistake, please contact Customer Support team."
I'm on a tight timeline and am trying to purchase your software. Help! Thanks
