More 6.9 routing errors (5.1 busses)

I just panned a sound into the Right Surround, and it goes to the Left Surround on the bus. It's not a patch problem here in my studio either. You can see the panner go to the right rear, but the level on the left rear 5.1 aux track is where it goes.

I just tested this on my system and i'm not getting the problem! going through a 5.1 bus and going direct to the 5.1 master bus.

We're definately seeing something similar, if not worse here. We're working on a temp mix, and center channel dialog will suddenly go out completely, or both front chanells, or we'll get random noise (pink or other) in various random channels. We think it could possibly be related to the Waves RenVerb (Version 4.x). Are you using Waves at all? We have to go to the I/O Setup and disable the main out, then go back and enable it again, and it seems to work for a while. We might have to go back to 6.7 if we can't figure this out.

I've got Waves 360 Mixdown on my Master Fader 5.1 output, but it's inactive. My problems are coming before it hits that plug-in. Audio track to a 5.1 Aux, with no plug-ins on either.

I actually can't reproduce this panning error now, but I have another post that sounds more like the dropping out problem you're having.

Maybe we should continue this conversation there.....
