Where can I have a custom bolster made?

I have real issues with the bolster included with the s6. It's too small to fit a keyboard and mouse on. I need a bolster that is 8" wide and dips 3 " ish for 2 buckets so I can put a keyboard and mouse there. Anyone know where I can have something like that made? I would like it to be the same material and build quality of the avid issues bolster.

It's a shame Avid didn't do this with the S6.

I find that way to far from the faders, I'd prefer the sliding tray that they said they were working on, or a retractable tray under the desk. This way you only have to move away from the faders when you need to type something and not constantly be stuck at arching yourself over the keyboard so you don't accidentally touch the keys.

The bolister is 3" wide. If I could put the keyboard 3 inches closer, it would really help with the reach. Also, The sliding tray thing isn't going to work. I tried setting my keyboard on the bolster. Its completely in the way of the transport. The keyboard needs to be flush the surface of the s6. If the bolster was 8" and has a 2" indent for 2 buckets, it would be way more ergonomic. Which is what I want to have made.

I'm not talking of the keyboard ;P I'm talking that the armrest puts you too far from the fader in the middle and that you have to go over the keyboard to avoid hitting a key by mistake with your elbows or forearm.
