Mbox SPDIF output question...
Is the SPDIF output on the (original) Mbox sending a signal ALL of the time without specifying anything? I noticed it doesn't show up in the I/O window as an output, but I have no way to test it so I'm assuming that's what's happening. Just curious...

I have the same question- I don't see s/pdif in the I/O setup... should it be hot all the time?

The Mbox and Mbox2 do not have separate output paths for the S/PDIF outs. The S/PDIF output mirrors the analog output at all times.
