Default Avid Website has me in Japan

www.avid.com is doing a http redirect for me to their Japanese site http://www.avid.com/JP this happens for some of my browsers but not others. Is this happening for anybody else? I can't stand these automatic redirects.

Jeez Avid you've got to provide an obvious English language link to break out of this crap. More mess (in addition to lost of dangling links) still not sorted out from the recent web site updates? Avid made some great improvements in the last redesign but I wonder if that whole team was let go before finishing cleaning up things?

I think most here would agree that it would be far better for the Pro Tools community if you guys would just move to Japan or Germany rather than distract Avid's engineers from the task of getting PT 11 out the door...

I do not work for Avid (their loss)...my only relationship with Avid is that of a customer (when I'm not too poor to buy stuff, like now)...and that hot administrative assistant...that's more of a "thing" than a "relationship" (that should keep them guessing for a while...)

Just rockin'...what more is there?

Well with the recent "improved" internationalization in Pro Tools, Avid seemed to be trying to force lots of foreign users to move to an English speaking country. Maybe that same team has been helping on the web site.
