Default motormix troubleshootings

hi,

i use a motormix with protools 6.4 under Mac Os X 10.3.3. Protools recieve motormix signals, but my motormix waits always for a protools session. when i make the self-test of my motormix (looping the midi wires), everything seems to be OK. But when I make the intern test turning on the station pressing "shift+undo", I go into the system menu, and the surface displays "BAD MIDI PORT", then "BAD MIDI ACCESSORY".
I have no idea of what's happening, and god, it's really upsetting me!!!!
If someone can help me...please...

lionak.
