No, I thought you are trying to solve a problem. I gave you a suggestion to try and you came back with a reason not to try it that made no sense.

So you are grumpy. I AM trying to solve the problem. I'm simply telling you how my process works. I will certainly try your troubleshooting steps. If my responses are annoying to you, I can certainly look elsewhere. But I do appreciate your help.

And straight to the ignore list for you. Good luck getting help from other users here. Wasting your time with weak troubleshooting choices, have to be asked to provide basic descriptions of issues, dawdle on the most simple troubleshooting, irrelevant waffle about stuff nobody asked, and backwards and forwards here like a child. Buy an ASC and call Avid support they get paid to put up with this.
