Question re using Melodyne plugin
I recently purchased the plugin and in short order figured out how to install and use it to correct my horendous voice. Well it didn't help the timbre, but it did correct the flat notes.
So now I want to remove the plugin from the insert on the vox track to save ram, but, when I do the pitch correction disappears. The Melodyne manual says now I have to use the DAW's (LE 8.04 cs2) render or bounce function. Does this mean I need to bounce the playback of the corrected track to a new track in Pro Tools? Just asking, if there isn't a simpler way to eliminate the need for an additional track. Any help is greatly appreciated. |

Re: Question re using Melodyne plugin
Thanks TopJimmy, that's exactly what I did. Worked like a charm, except it still doesn't make my voice sound better, just in tune
