Do I have protools 2019? And popping noise then no playback...
First, I recently signed up for a pro tools subscription and downloaded everything but the app I have for pro tools says pro tools 12. Should I have 2019 and what's the difference? Also, I've been recording and after about 30 mins or so I'll get a pop and then no sound unless I close and reopen protools. I have a behringer umc202hd interface but I have a pretty fast pc. Ryzen 9 3900x 12 core with 32gb 3600mhz ram and ftx 1080ti.

check your avid account and see what the installer version says. if you are subscribing you should have the latest which is currently 2019.10
