Could it be that you have an AAX version installed? This lives in a different folder.

If i use one in the session in loads as demo but i don\t even have these one installed it is from when i transfered some of the plug i was gonna use to the macbook but are for sure not in plug-in folder it can only be invisible files in the folder i transfered plus tried copied one at a time changed nothing.

Question Re: invisible rtas file

Which Mac OS version? Which version of Pro Tools? What is the command you typed in Terminal to check for invisible files? Have you deleted the DAE cache?

Hello

This is what i used

defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles TRUE

killall Finder

Shows nothing in the pro tools folder using 10.2 with snow 10.6.8

Problem is still there was install all fresh after format even did it twice same invisible files.

Browse to the plug-in directories using Terminal and type ls -la. That is the list (ls) command with the l (long) and a (all) switches. If it's a file, hidden or not, this command will list it.

Do you have any other partitions with OS installs mounted? Have you trashed your DAE preferences? Which list are these hidden plug-ins appearing in? The list that appears when you go to insert a plug-in for a session?
