Default Need help. protools will not see 3rd farm card

I have been running a Mix + system for years (2 farm cards -64 voices)

I recently picked up a 3rd farm card. I can get any combination of 2 farm cards to work, but can not get all three to be seen when I go to my playback engine.

I've swapped cards with slots. slot 1&3 will work, slot 1&4 will work, slots 3&4 will work, but when I have all three (1, 3, 4) PT will launch, but when I go to my Playback engine, I can only see 2 cards. I happen to know slot 2 will not work with any of my cards. I get an error.

Does anyone have any idea why this would be the case?

running G4 1.25 w/2 gig ram, OS 10.3.9 Pt v.6.4.1
