Linking Avid Community Account Problems.

My Avid community account won't link with my other Avid accounts??? It's status remains 'unlinked' and when I make an attempt to link it I go around in circles resetting password, password not valid, resetting password, password not valid etc etc?!?!? And I noticed that initially the title header says "Avid Community status" but when I get wrapped up in the wrong password drama, the title of the windows change to "Avid Video Community"?!?!? What is going on. Can anyone help?
