I know this is not your question, but I run 6.7 with Athlon 64 X2 processor. Haven't got it tweaked just yet since it seems like it should run much better than it does. I get CPU errors unless I set PT as only using one core and set the priority to Realtime. A pain in the rear to do allt he time. The whole thing just seems rather shakey for the amount fo horsepower I have under the hood there.

How do you set PT to use only one processor and the priority to real time?

As soon as ProTools is loaded, before you do anything, including loading a session, right-click on the taskbar and choose Task Manager (or hit ctrl-alt-del), then go to the Processes tab and find ProToolsLE.exe. Right-click on it and choose Set Affinity, and then deselect one of the check boxes.

Thanks, that'll do for now until 7.0 with the dual core (x2 included I hope) support.
