mbox 2 pro not recognized at all
Hello I am NOOB have been using the mbox 2 pro for over a year with my computer with no problems. the computer has nnever been connected to the internet. if that matters. and one day out of nowhere the mbox is not recognized by the computer. the led lights do not come on.
the firewire card is fine. i have had zero success with any other forum posts. WTF thanks,

You should start with the steps in the Win XP/ Pro Tools 6.x/7.x General Troubleshooting thread and post specific info on your system per the info on that thread if you're unable to resolve the problem.
You may want to look at the Help us help you thread as well.

Also, you might want to post over in the LE section of the forum. This section is for Pro Tools MPowered, the version of the software that runs on MAudio hardware. Most users here won't have experience or answers about the MBox2.
The "M" in the names seems to confuse an extraordinary amount of people.
