Hi Avid,

My protools 10 and 11 downloads have vanished from my Avid account. When are they coming back and when will Pt12 appear.

Anyone else lost their download links ?

I purchased the upgrade plan on 19 Feb 2015.

I'm not worried about the lack of features in Pt12.

I am worried that all of the downloads for the version I am currently using have now vanished from my account and could take up to 2 weeks to come back.

I avid, i purchased the upgrade plan on 11 nov 2014.I received the protools 12 but not have my license, and now the protools 12 disappeared from my account. can help me thanks.

Could you help me out? I purchased in March of 2013 and should be eligible for the EDU upgrade to PT12, but i'm not seeing anything on my account.
