I don't understand spending time posting something like this...

The Eleven rack seems to be doing quite well well on the Avid homepage at least, so as long as they don't declare it dead I count it as being alive and kicking.
Neither you or the competition can declare it dead.

What was the point starting this thread at all?

Default Helix and Positive Grid are better.

They would be foolish to stop selling that box.

Regardless of your opinion about sound, it's a great box filling a great hole in Avids product line.

Is product development ceased.....? Probably so but it does not change the product as it is right now...

ELEVEN RACK HAS:

No IR Loader.
No dual amps option.
An FX loop that needs improving,at least get it right like a real amp.
Not much choices of delays and reverbs.

I couldn't care less whether it's 'declared' dead or alive.

Mine still does exactly what it did when I bought it.....earns me money!

If I were to upgrade, it would be to an Axe-FX, not Line 6 crap.

Default Helix and Positive Grid are better.

I played mine tonight - I also just got a G&L ASAT Classic not a Tribute (like today)

Congrats and nice guitar YYR.
I had a Tribute series G&L and it was a great guitar. I always liked the MFD pickups and thought they worked well with the MS-30 amp in the 11R.

Man I messed up it's not a tribute but the Classic Version

It's like new but I think it's at least 5 or more years old, doesn't even seem played .

I didn't realize till last night that the pickups are different from the actual Fender model at least in the visual aspect

But when I played this guitar I knew I had to buy it.

I got that classic version for about that price of a New Tribute , sweet deal

Still loving my 11R after 7 years of ownership and 7 albums. I will upgrade at some point, but for now, it still gets the job done for me.
