Default EUCON 3.7 crashes immediately!!!!!
really frustrated. My PT Control iPad app updated itself, and then Eucon 3.6.1 told me it wasn't compatible with my version of PT Control so I had to update to 3.7 which crashes immediately on both Logic and Protools 12.8.0 - just going to 12.8.1 to see what happens......Im on Mac Sierra - really not good enough Avid!

I had things working well with 3.6.1....and now this.....

I don't normally update when new software is released but the bloody iPad made that decision and now its all f****d.....and we can't easily roll back as I doubt you can get previous versions on the App Store......Im furious :)))

Same thing here . Using S3 Dock and iPad. Firmware updated on all devices. pro tools 12.8.1 on sierra 10.12.6 , I usually wait to update as well but I have never had any problems with eucon updates until now . I'm on my way to AES today . I am definitely going to the Avid booth. Eucon only crashes when I open Pro tools OR logic pro x . **** is cray.

hopefully they will sort it fast.....obviously wasn't tested properly...which is very poor

Really sorry about this...we didn't see this here and no beta tester reported it.

Hi Eddie - did that - its back in 12.8.1 - not checked Logic as yet - thank you on behalf of all of us for jumping on this quickly.

Maybe a few more beta testers are needed?...

Thanks, Eddie, but no change at all. Eucon now even crashes by itself without even opening PT.
BTW - urgently need to mix something in the next couple of days and really don't want to do it without PT Control, S3 and Transport !!!!

When you say its back...do you mean its working OK, not crashing with 3.7 ?

yes - I followed your instructions and its working in 12.8.1 on Mac in Sierra for me
