Default Why are we waiting for our Pro Tools 10 with the Avid Support Plan?

Why are we waiting for our Pro Tools 10 with the Avid Support Plan?

The file is in an online cloud
I've paid my money
No shipping involved

I don't get, please someone tell me what exactly is the hold up?
Account processing? I believe that can occur after I've been given what I paid for.

Avid can I have my code now? I ordered last week.

Thank you.

This is NOT a bash on AVID at all BUT... I really think this whole "plan upgrade" was a last minute "we better do something... and FAST" because of the major backlash over the insane pricing of Pro Tools 10

It seems they did not actually have this ready and in place

Pretty frustrating that a company such as Avid cannot set up auto email of auth codes to people who have paid, yet we get tons of marketing emails saying how great the product is everyday.

2 weeks here since my card was charged and no sign of my authorization... Could this rollout have been more screwed up?

Just FYI,

My pt 10 upgrade sn# was on the support plan email...

Not sure what that means but maybe it is part of this puzzle.

It absolutely was...you could never convince me otherwise. Ever. We all watched it unfold.

That said...I like Pro Tools, the software.
